Concordia Capital is a place for ambitious, curious people who want to do consequential work early. Our teams operate at the intersection of principal investing and advisory, partnering with founders and management teams on the decisions that define their companies.
Small deal teams give junior professionals hands‑on exposure to meaningful work streams from day one, with close senior support at every stage.
Whether on a direct investment or an advisory engagement, we think like owners. That discipline shapes how we hire, train, and reward our people.
Concordia is built around mentorship. Every Analyst and Associate is paired with senior bankers committed to developing the next generation of investors.
