TheDifference You Make:
The primary function of the Sr. Specialist, Construction Loan Servicing is loan/letter of credit booking, funding, payments and maintenance for the defined lines of business, or executing related controls, utilizing the systems and processes defined by management. The incumbent handles analytical components (i.e. interpreting credit agreements) related to various loan/fee accruals, calculations as well as ongoing/ad-hoc reconciliation and remediation, for commercial loan/letter of credit products, which include new loans, modifications and extensions.
- Assist with the closing of construction transactions and facilitates disbursements through life of loan.
- Work with Relationship Manager during the construction process to coordinate hands-on management of the loan, including managing site inspections, drawing requests for analysis/processing, and budget analysis/oversight.
- Partner with Construction Loan Administrator 2 to review third party reports and other documentation to facilitate advances and releases; work with Relationship Managers to remedy deficiencies or issues discovered during the analysis of submitted documentation, ensuring completeness and accuracy of all documents.
- Participate in non-routine activities including mergers, technology systems enhancements, as well as improvements to existing software programs used by the organization.
- Assist vendors, engineers/inspectors, attorneys, Relationship Managers, and Borrowers to acquire the necessary documentation to resolve project issues that may arise.
- Ensure compliance with all regulations, policies, and procedures.

Education:- Bachelor’s Degree: in related field or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education - Required
- 3+ Years Working knowledge in Company's documentation and banking operations.
- Required. - Requires excellent communication, good organizational skills, and attention to details.
- Solid knowledge/skills of Microsoft Office Suite and various bank systems.
- Ability to adapt quickly and be a team player.
- Working knowledge in Commercial Banking.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of the Syndicated and Commercial Loan products and markets.
- Demonstrated knowledge of other banking products and the ability to apply that information to this role.
- Expert knowledge of overall lending policies and procedures, credit analysis, underwriting, structuring, etc.
- Excellent organizational, management, communication and customer service skills.
- Solid judgment within broadly defined policies and practices.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.
