Industry/Sector Not Applicable Specialism Finance Management  Level Manager Job  Description & Summary The Opportunity As a Finance Transformation Consultant - Finance Operations, Manager you will lead client support work focused on improving financial operations, streamlining processes, enhancing controls, and lowering costs through process redesign, systems implementation, automation, and shared services support. As a Manager you will coach teams, manage performance, and guide project work streams with a focus on planning, budgeting, execution, and delivery, while motivating others and using technology to improve outcomes.

In this role at PwC, you will help assess client needs, develop financial solutions, and deliver practical guidance that supports better decision-making and stronger financial performance within our Finance Consulting practice.

Responsibilities
- Leading finance transformation work streams that improve financial operations, controls, and cost efficiency
- Managing client engagement planning, budgeting, timelines, and delivery across multiple project activities
- Guiding teams in assessing financial processes and identifying opportunities for automation and process redesign
- Developing solutions for finance systems implementation, shared services, and operating model improvements
- Reviewing deliverables for accuracy across accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and financial reporting activities
- Leveraging financial analysis, modeling, and forecasting skills to support decision making and client recommendations
- Coaching team members on accounting practices, internal controls, and transaction processing approaches
- Building relationships with client leaders to clarify needs, address issues, and navigate changing priorities
- Applying digital tooling and AI fluency to streamline work and improve operational performance
- Validating work against professional and technical standards and reinforcing firm policies and independence requirements

What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience

What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study:
Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Finance, Mathematics/Statistics, Risk Management/Insurance
- At least one of the following:
Certified Public Accountant
- Demonstrating finance transformation experience within client service settings
- Leveraging finance operations knowledge across order to cash and reporting
- Managing project planning, budgeting, and deliverable timelines
- Coaching teams through change, feedback, and performance development
- Utilizing technology and digital tooling to improve finance processes

Travel Requirements Up to 60%
Job Posting End Date The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
