We also help merchants connect with their customers, process exchanges and returns, and manage risk.

We enable consumers to engage in cross-border shopping and merchants to extend their global reach while reducing the complexity and friction involved in enabling cross-border trade.

** Reporting to the Sr. Director, Enterprise Quality, the Sr. Manager, Enterprise Quality helps build and run Pay Pal’s new enterprise quality function – a capability being stood up to bring consistent standards and ways of working to how Pay Pal builds, launches, and operates its products. Depending on focus, the role concentrates on developing the enterprise quality standards and frameworks, or on driving their adoption and adherence across the business units and functions.
Working across the business units and enabling functions, the Sr. Manager owns programs end-to-end, partners closely with Product, Engineering, Design, and enabling teams, and turns strategy into execution. It is a hands-on, influence-led role: progress comes through clear standards, strong relationships, and enablement rather than authority.
