• Lead and manage tax compliance and consulting services for high-net-worth individuals, including complex tax returns and planning.
• Oversee and review the preparation of federal, state, and local tax returns.
• Provide expert tax advice and strategies to optimize clients' tax positions.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor.
• Stay up-to-date with tax laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and identifying planning opportunities.
• Mentor and guide junior staff, fostering professional growth and development.
• Collaborate with other departments to deliver comprehensive client solutions.

• CPA certification is mandatory.
• 6-8 years of experience in public accounting, specifically focusing on high-net-worth clients.
• Proven expertise in tax compliance and planning for HNW individuals.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
