Director of Investor Relations

The Director of Investor Relations is responsible for leading all investor communication and engagement efforts. In this role, the director will develop and execute a comprehensive investor relations strategy, including regular updates on firm performance, market outlook, and firm initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and distributing investor materials and press releases, organizing investor meetings and presentations, and responding to inquiries from current and prospective investors.

The director will collaborate with investment, finance, and leadership teams to analyze financial data, support financial modeling, and ensure consistent messaging across all external communications. The role also involves maintaining accurate investor records, supporting fundraising activities, and monitoring market and regulatory developments relevant to investors.

• Collaborate with the Managing Director to develop pitch books, client reports, and other investor-facing materials.
• Assisting with investor onboarding, AML/KYC, and other operational investor aspects and own the investor reporting cycle (responsible for delivering NAV reports, cash-investor holding and in-kind contributor statements).
• Support capital formation where necessary by working with the Managing Director on materials for prospective cash investors and in-kind contributors including the investor deck, structural diagrams and company strategy.

• 8+ years of investor relations, capital markets, or a closely adjacent function at a known financial/investment firm.
• Strong investor relations experience, including managing investor communications, presentations, and relationship-building with institutional and individual investors.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and quantitative analysis to support performance reporting and strategic decision-making.
• Experience drafting and reviewing press releases and other external communications, with clear, concise, and professional writing skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA) is a plus.
