The Company

Our client is a Series A, venture-backed specialty finance company that provides AI infrastructure operators with non-dilutive financing. It makes non-recourse loans secured by GPUs, data center infrastructure and asset-level cash flows, and gives capital providers exposure to transparent, tradable credit backed by income-producing compute assets. Investors include Coinbase Ventures and Pay Pal, and the team comes from Core Weave, DRW, Deutsche Bank, J.P. Morgan and Circle.

There are no middle managers; the team moves quickly and values integrity, high agency and comfort with ambiguity.

The Role

This is a senior capital-raising seat focused on securing the institutional credit that funds the company's lending: building and growing warehouse lines and private credit facilities. You will take the company through the demanding credit review and due diligence that banks, private credit funds and warehouse lenders run, and help form the syndicates and facilities that come out the other side.

You will own key relationships and processes end to end, working closely with the Founders and the Originations team, with real room to shape how the company funds its growth.

Responsibilities
  • Own the institutional credit-raising pipeline, from first conversations with credit providers through diligence, close and ongoing relationship management.
  • Run the due-diligence processes lenders require, assembling and presenting the data, documentation and narrative their credit teams and investment committees need to approve a facility.
  • Structure and close warehouse lines and private credit facilities, and support formation of the syndicates behind them.
  • Build relationships with banks, private credit funds, warehouse lenders and other institutional debt providers to widen the company's funding base.
  • Learn the loan, collateral and yield framework in depth so you can speak credibly with sophisticated credit counter parties.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences and lender and investor events.
  • Keep the CRM pipeline current and feed market intelligence back to the team on what credit committees want and which structures and terms are moving.
  • Coordinate with compliance, legal and onboarding to keep KYC/AML and facility documentation moving.
Requirements
  • Digital infrastructure background required: data centers, GPU/AI compute, fiber, towers or related power.
  • 6–7+ years in investment banking, infrastructure or project finance, private credit, structured finance, debt capital markets or infrastructure investing.
  • Has structured and closed digital infrastructure financings or M&A, or other institutional credit facilities or large-ticket transactions.
  • Direct experience with institutional credit due diligence and what lenders need to approve a facility.
  • Strong fluency in facility structures, advance rates, covenants, collateral and credit risk.
  • Relationships across banks, private credit funds and warehouse lenders, or a clear ability to build them quickly.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and the presence to represent the company to sophisticated counter parties.
  • Self-directed and comfortable in a fast-moving startup. Crypto experience is not required.
Nice to Have
  • Familiarity with structured credit, securitization or warehouse facility structures.
  • Experience launching new capital-raising vehicles or channels (fund, SMA, ETF or advisor network).
  • Exposure to digital assets or DeFi.
What's Offered
  • Base salary of $275,000 – $325,000, depending on experience.
  • Meaningful equity in a fast-growing, well-backed company.
  • Unlimited PTO and health and wellness reimbursements.
