Position OverviewInvestment Origination Associates support investment teams by identifying, evaluating, and structuring new investment opportunities. The role combines financial analysis, market research, and client relationship management in dynamic investment environments.

Key Responsibilities- Source and support the execution of new investment opportunities across equity, debt, and alternative asset classes
- Conduct financial modeling, valuation, and scenario analysis to assess potential investments
- Prepare investment memoranda, pitch materials, and presentations for internal committees and external investors
- Research market trends, industry dynamics, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities
- Assist in client engagement, relationship management, and tracking deal pipelines
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance, proper documentation, and smooth execution of investments
- Monitor portfolio performance and support reporting on capital deployment, returns, and risk metrics
- Identify potential areas for strategic growth and expansion of the investment pipeline
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field
- Strong understanding of corporate finance, investment structuring, and capital markets
- Experience or coursework in investment banking, private equity, credit, or asset management (preferred but not required)
- Advanced analytical skills, financial modeling proficiency, and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with PowerPoint, Python, SQL, or other data tools is a plus
