As a Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will play a critical role in ensuring the financial success of our nursing home group. With a strong background in finance and healthcare, you will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies, managing budgets, and overseeing financial operations.
About the CFO- Chief Financial Office Role:
Develop and implement financial strategies to ensure the financial stability and growth of our nursing home facilities
Manage and oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
Analyze financial data to inform business decisions and identify areas for improvement
Lead and manage a team of accounting and finance professionals
Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Chief Financial Office Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar CFO or financial leadership role in a nursing home
Must be available to work full time, in person, in Monsey, NY
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
