The NYC Department of Finance’s Property Tax Payment Plan unit is seeking a highly motivated College Aide to support property tax payment processes and customer inquiries. You will gain knowledge of the Property Tax Payment Plans and NYCePay while assisting with applicant data and documentation.
Responsibilities include answering calls, reviewing applications for eligibility, processing PT-AID and payment plans, and training in PTS/ACRIS, NYCePay, and CRM.
