Nearwater Capital’s Operations team supports the firm’s three business lines:
Liquid Markets, Risk Retention, and Capital Markets. We are seeking an Associate to rotate across products, owning the full trade lifecycle for commercial paper, repo, fixed income, and swaps with front office and counter parties.
You will monitor settlement, perform reconciliations, support margin operations, and drive process improvements on a hands‑on, small team. This is a day‑to‑day role based in New York.
