Sr. Manager Treasury Capital Markets

A leading financial services organization is seeking an experienced professional to support strategic funding and capital markets initiatives. This individual will play a key role in managing financing programs, optimizing liquidity, and supporting the execution of structured funding transactions.

• Support the execution and ongoing management of funding and financing programs.
• Monitor portfolio performance and prepare reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support capital markets, treasury, risk, and finance initiatives.
• Assist in liquidity planning, financial analysis, and forecasting activities.
• Manage relationships with external financing partners and advisors.
• Ensure compliance with funding agreements, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to process improvements, operational efficiencies, and strategic growth initiatives.

• 5+ years of experience in capital markets, treasury, structured finance, corporate finance, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities.
• Experience working with complex data sets and financial reporting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with data visualization or analytical tools is a plus.
