Vice President of Investor Relations

Our client is a multi-billion-dollar venture capital firm with offices in NYC and SF. The firm is hiring for its NYC location.

• -Oversee and help supervise investor relations associates, providing guidance on workflow, content development, and execution specifically related to RFPs, DDQs and other investor requests.
• -Support the development and refinement of the firm’s messaging around portfolio strategy, positioning, and performance
• -Conduct and support portfolio analytics to inform investor discussions and reporting
• -Assist in the creation and enhancement of materials for existing and new products, including fundraising and marketing collateral
• -Translate complex investment concepts and portfolio data into concise, investor-friendly narratives
• -Help maintain consistency of message across investor presentations, reporting materials, and other external communications

• -At least 4 years of experience in an investor relations role at a private equity fund or a venture capital fund
• -Strong commitment to high-touch client service with an emphasis on accuracy and precision
• -Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely
• -Process-oriented mentality with the patience to analyze and improve each step taken
