Fund Operations Associates support fund managers, portfolio teams, and investor relations by overseeing day-to-day fund operations, capital movements, and reporting processes

• Monitor and reconcile fund transactions, capital calls, and distributions

• Maintain accurate records of investor commitments, allocations, and balances
• Assist in the preparation of investor reports, fund statements, and regulatory filings
• Collaborate with fund managers and portfolio teams on performance and risk reporting
• Build and maintain operational dashboards, tracking tools, and reporting templates

• Assist with audits, compliance, and fund governance activities as needed

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

• Advanced analytical and quantitative skills with high attention to detail
