Senior Investment Banking Associate​/VP – Healthcare Services

My client is a leading investment bank with a highly regarded Healthcare investment banking franchise, and they are looking to add a Senior Associate / Vice President to their Healthcare Services team in New York.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Healthcare Services banker to join a high-performing team with significant transaction activity and strong senior-level exposure.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior bankers and clients across a broad range of Healthcare Services subsectors, advising on complex M&A and capital markets transactions.

Responsibilities will include:

• Executing M&A, strategic advisory and capital markets transactions from pitch through closing
• Building and reviewing detailed financial models, valuation analyses and transaction materials
• Preparing pitch books, CIMs, management presentations and board materials
• Conducting industry, company and transaction analysis
• Managing and mentoring junior team members
• Working directly with senior bankers, management teams, sponsors and other key stakeholders
• Supporting business development and the generation of new client opportunities
• Developing deep relationships across the Healthcare Services ecosystem

• 4–7+ years of investment banking experience
• Strong Healthcare Services sector experience
• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills
• Excellent analytical, communication and presentation abilities
• Experience managing junior bankers and transaction work streams
• A strong academic background
• The ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, highly entrepreneurial environment
