Eagle Strategies provides retail investment advisory services through about 1,250 affiliated investment advisor representatives (IARs) and more than $20B in assets under management (AUM). Eagle IARs provide comprehensive investment advisory and financial planning capabilities. The RIA Specialist will become proficient in one to two core competencies of our managed account and trading platforms. The Specialist will take incoming calls from Eagle Advisors, their staff, and clients and act as a partner to facilitate transactions requests and account administration.

• Learning and maintaining a strong working knowledge of multiple systems, products, and services
• Providing subject matter expertise for third-party investment platforms to advisors, clients, and key business stakeholders
• Identifying process improvements and implement solutions to build efficiencies and increase productivity
• Responding to inquiries from Eagle Strategies Advisors
• Assisting the Internal Consultant and Portfolio Specialist Teams with new cases by providing operational expertise
• Adhere to a daily schedule dependent on business needs.
• Required reporting of personal brokerage accounts and those of your household (i.e., if living with a parent or guardian).

• Bachelor’s Degree;
  Finance or Business discipline preferred
• A minimum of 0-1 years of relevant experience in client service
• Interest in the wealth management/managed account industry
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, customer service environment.
• Demonstrated organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively to achieve team objectives
• Broker-dealer, RIA, or wealth management experience a plus
• Series 7 or able to obtain within 6 months of hiring date
