Our firm specializes in raising, structuring, and deploying capital across real estate and operating businesses. We work with real estate investors, developers, entrepreneurs, and business owners to identify financing opportunities, structure transactions, and connect clients with capital solutions.

Our long-term vision is to build a nationally recognized investment firm operating across private credit, private equity, and advisory services.

Goldstream Capital is seeking8–10 motivated individuals
to join our inaugural Private Credit Analyst class.

This opportunity is designed for ambitious, entrepreneurial professionals interested in finance, real estate, capital markets, and business development.

Analysts will focus primarily on identifying prospective clients, building relationships, sourcing financing opportunities, and introducing qualified transactions to Goldstream's private credit platform.

This is a client-facing, business-development-oriented position offering exposure to real estate finance, private lending, and transaction origination.

No prior private credit experience is required.We welcome motivated individuals who are eager to learn, develop professional relationships, and grow within the financial industry.

• Identify and prospect real estate investors, developers, business owners, and entrepreneurs seeking financing.
• Conduct outbound calls, email outreach, and professional networking.
• Develop relationships with real estate agents, mortgage professionals, attorneys, accountants, contractors, and other referral partners.
• Conduct preliminary discovery calls to understand prospective clients' financing needs.
• Introduce qualified financing opportunities to Goldstream's management team.
• Maintain an organized pipeline of prospects and transactions using the company's CRM.
• Follow up with prospective clients and referral partners.
• Participate in professional development, team meetings, and company networking opportunities.
• Develop foundational knowledge of private credit, commercial real estate financing, and capital markets.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.
• Interest in finance, investing, real estate, or entrepreneurship.
• Willingness to conduct outbound prospecting and build professional relationships.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic.
• Prior experience in sales, real estate, finance, or business development is a plus, but not required.
