The U.S. Analyst Program offers recent college graduates the opportunity to actively participate in investment banking within a high-profile department at Crédit Agricole CIB. Analysts receive the tools and mentorship needed for professional growth and career advancement. The program runs for a maximum of two years, with the goal of converting top performers into full-time employees.

The Energy and Real Assets team originates and structures complex financings with deep expertise across energy, infrastructure, transportation, real estate, and lodging sectors. As part of the Energy & Infrastructure Group, the US Analyst will be a member of the Project Finance Lending team in New York City, covering the North America region by supporting new deal opportunities (Origination) and the team head.

The split could be equally balanced or vary as required.

• Play a role on deal teams for transactions in the energy and infrastructure sectors (including solar, wind and battery power generation projects as well as infrastructure projects) by supporting deal team members.
• Support the team head
• Complete project annual reviews, including internal worksheets and applications (rating grid, environmental screening, profitability calculation, KYC forms, and other compliance items)
• Assist in building Power/Infrastructure databases to identify industry trends
• Participate in special projects and ad hoc analysis
• Support preparation of credit applications, including transaction descriptions, key feature summaries, and risk analysis
• Conduct detailed financial modeling and valuation analyses
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including middle/back office, agent banks, and participating banks involved in loan portfolio management
• Respond to internal requests from audit, internal control, and new activity/product and operational process committees
• Support KYC, client onboarding, and compliance efforts

• Recent college graduate with 0–1 years of experience in Finance or a related field
• Candidate must be eligible to work in the US
• Must not require visa sponsorship for U.S. employment now or in the future (OPT, F-1, etc.)

• Familiarity with energy and infrastructure projects
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills
• Familiarity with financial modeling
