You will source and prepare competitive market analyses, assemble financial reports, and support the preparation of Green Books and feasibility materials for corporate approval.
Responsibilities include leading financial analyses for division plans, underwriting assets, and evaluating dispositions, with a strong emphasis on Excel-based modeling and market research.
