Finance & Insurance Manager; Business Manager; Lincoln North Miami

Warren Henry Auto Group is seeking an experienced Finance & Insurance Manager for our Lincoln North Miami dealership.

The F&I Manager is responsible for providing customers with financing and protection-product options while maximizing dealership profitability, maintaining strong lender and product-provider relationships, and ensuring every transaction meets the highest standards of compliance and customer service.

The ideal candidate is a proven automotive F&I professional who is highly organized, performance-driven, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced luxury dealership environment.

• Present financing, leasing, vehicle protection products, extended service contracts and other F&I products to customers in a professional and transparent manner.
• Structure deals to maximize financing opportunities and dealership profitability while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Develop, manage and maintain strong relationships with banks, captive finance companies and other lending partners.
• Actively manage lender performance, programs, approvals and funding to ensure the dealership is utilizing the most competitive and appropriate financing sources.
• Manage relationships with F&I product providers and vendors, including product offerings, training, performance and ongoing dealership support.
• Continuously evaluate F&I products and provider performance to ensure they deliver value to both our customers and the dealership.
• Secure competitive approvals and financing terms for customers.
• Work closely with sales managers and sales consultants to ensure smooth and timely deal completion.
  
  Review all deal documentation for accuracy and completeness before funding.
• Ensure contracts and supporting documents are submitted promptly and follow through on outstanding funding issues.
• Maintain strong F&I product penetration and per-vehicle retail performance.
• Clearly explain financing terms, protection products, manufacturer programs and dealership policies to customers.
• Maintain complete compliance with all federal, state, lender and company requirements.
• Maintain current knowledge of available finance programs, lender guidelines, F&I products and applicable regulations.
• Protect the dealership by maintaining the highest ethical and compliance standards in every transaction.
• Assist management with deal review, reporting and other responsibilities as needed.

• Minimum 3 years of successful automotive F&I management experience required.
• Proven track record of strong F&I production and product penetration.
• Strong knowledge of automotive financing, leasing, lender programs and deal structuring.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain productive lender and F&I product-provider relationships.
• Excellent communication, presentation and closing skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and contract accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively with sales management and the sales team in a high-volume environment.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• AFIP Certification preferred, or ability to obtain certification within six months of employment.
• CDK experience required.
• Luxury automotive experience preferred.
