Job Duties and Responsibilities- Process product payments on contracts submitted
- Process submissions for each product sold
- Process cancellations for each product cancelled, including issuing refunds to customer/lienholder
- Reconcile and post product payment statements in DMS
- Maintain related schedules making notes and adjustments as needed
- Scan all processed transactions
- Enter payment status in DMS tracking system
- 10 Key typing proficiency
- Strong attention to detail
- Sense of urgency
- Ability to perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing
- CDK Experience
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, and/or job responsibilities.
- Ability to be self-motivated, take action, and follow-through
- Ability to work independently and/or with a team
