Key Responsibilities & Duties Coordinate and oversee post-trade operations across multiple asset classes and strategies.

Act as the primary liaison for trading desk inquiries and operational issue resolution.

Design and implement robust operational processes and controls to ensure efficiency.

Develop analytics and dashboards to monitor and enhance operational performance.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address operational challenges effectively.

Support the integration of new investment strategies and business initiatives.

Ensure continuity of operational knowledge and risk mitigation practices.

Drive data quality improvements and operational reliability enhancements.

Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in finance, operations, or a related field is required.
5-10 years of experience in financial operations or trade support roles.

Strong understanding of trade lifecycle operations and related processes.

Proficiency with financial software such as Bloomberg, IHSMarkit, or Capital IQ.Exceptional communication and organizational skills for effective collaboration.

Experience in designing dashboards and analytics for operational insights.

Proven ability to manage front office inquiries and resolve operational issues efficiently.

Familiarity with tools and technologies used in middle/back-office environments.
