Vice President Investment Banking - PUI

A leading global bank is hiring a Vice President to join its Power, Utilities & Infrastructure investment banking coverage in New York. This is a hands-on execution and client-facing role sitting within a well-established sector team, with strong deal flow and a clear path for progression.

The team operates across the full spectrum of PUI coverage, spanning regulated utilities, power producers, renewables and infrastructure, with a strong pipeline of M&A and financing mandates and genuine cross border deal flow.

• Lead execution across M&A and financing transactions within the PUI sector
• Manage deal processes end to end, coordinating across internal teams, clients, and counter parties
• Build and maintain client relationships at the senior level, with growing origination responsibility
• Mentor and develop junior team members across the execution process
• Contribute to pitch and business development activity across the sector coverage universe

• 5-8 years of investment banking experience with meaningful exposure to power, utilities, infrastructure or energy transition
• Strong execution track record across M&A or capital markets transactions in the sector
• Proven ability to manage deal processes independently and interact directly with clients
