Director, Wealth & Derivatives Solutions

Our client is a leading global markets operator and provider of financial market infrastructure, serving a broad ecosystem of institutional investors, wealth managers, intermediaries, and trading firms. The firm is widely recognized for its innovation across derivatives, market structure, and investment solutions, and plays a central role in helping market participants access risk management, income generation, and portfolio construction tools.

This is a highly visible commercial role focused on driving awareness, education, and adoption of derivatives-based investment strategies across the wealth and intermediary channel.

Working closely with RIAs, broker-dealers, private banks, wealth platforms, family offices, and other market participants, this individual will serve as a trusted resource on options-based portfolio solutions, volatility strategies, portfolio overlays, risk management techniques, and broader capital markets trends.

Rather than selling a single product, the role is centered on helping investment professionals understand how derivatives can be applied within modern portfolios to enhance income generation, manage risk, and improve portfolio outcomes. The successful candidate will leverage deep market expertise to educate clients, develop strategic relationships, and expand engagement across a broad ecosystem of advisors and intermediaries.

This position offers significant visibility, autonomy, and ownership, providing the opportunity to become a key voice within the industry while partnering with some of the most sophisticated participants across the wealth management and capital markets landscape.

• Build and manage relationships with RIAs, broker-dealers, wealth platforms, private banks, family offices, and other intermediary investors.
• Serve as a trusted resource on options-based investment strategies, portfolio overlays, volatility strategies, risk management, and derivatives applications within client portfolios.
• Deliver educational presentations, market insights, and thought leadership to clients and industry participants.
• Partner with advisors and investment teams to help them understand how derivatives can be incorporated into portfolio construction and risk management processes.
• Identify new opportunities to grow adoption and engagement across the wealth ecosystem.
• Represent the firm at conferences, industry events, webinars, and client meetings.
• Collaborate internally across sales, product, research, and strategy teams to support commercial initiatives and client growth.
• Must be able to travel as needed

• 14+ years of experience across derivatives, structured products, quantitative investment strategies (QIS), capital markets, or related areas within financial services.
• Demonstrated track record in a client-facing role involving derivatives-based investment solutions, whether through sales, distribution, business development, capital markets, or strategic client coverage.
• Strong understanding of listed and/or OTC derivatives, options strategies, volatility products, structured investments, portfolio overlays, or systematic investment solutions.
• Experience engaging sophisticated investors and intermediary channels, including RIAs, broker-dealers, private banks, family offices, asset managers, institutional investors, or wealth platforms.
• Ability to discuss complex market concepts and investment strategies with credibility and translate technical products into practical portfolio applications.
