Much of the technology is being built from scratch
, meaning early hires will have genuine influence over how the platform and trading operation develop.

The team works predominantly in the office and sees close, face-to-face collaboration as important during this stage of the company’s growth.

Base salaries are generally $150k–$250k
, with flexibility for exceptional candidates.

The firm isn’t positioning itself to compete with the largest established trading firms purely on immediate guaranteed compensation.
