Chief Financial Officer

ENT & Allergy Associates (ENTA), the nation's largest physician-owned ear, nose, throat, allergy, and audiology practice, seeks a strategic and accomplished executive to serve as its next Chief Financial Officer. Headquartered in Tarrytown, New York, ENTA operates more than 70 clinical locations across New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Texas and supports approximately 475 clinicians and 1,700 employees serving more than 180,000 patients each month.

Supported by Hümi, its management services organization, ENTA has built a highly successful physician-owned model recognized for clinical excellence, operational sophistication, and sustained growth.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the CFO will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team and a trusted advisor to the Board. The CFO will provide strategic and operational leadership across the organization's financial enterprise, including financial planning and analysis, accounting, treasury, budgeting, revenue cycle, managed care contracting, supply chain, compliance, payroll, and related business functions. This leader will help drive financial performance, support organizational strategy, and ensure the long-term financial strength of a rapidly growing, multi-state enterprise.

This opportunity comes at an exciting time in ENTA's evolution. With annual revenues approaching $500 million, continued geographic expansion, the recent implementation of Workday, and the upcoming enterprise-wide Epic conversion, the organization is well positioned for its next phase of growth. The CFO will play a critical role in guiding these initiatives while partnering closely with executive and physician leadership to advance strategic priorities, strengthen operations, and support continued success.

The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $425,000-$525,000 annually, commensurate with the successful candidate’s experience. Final determination of a successful candidate’s starting pay will vary based on several factors, including, but not limited to, credentials and experience within the industry.
