Chief Financial Officer

Pale Blue Dot  AI is seeking a CFO – Capital Markets to lead the company’s IPO, fundraising and capital-markets activities. This role will focus on capital strategy, equity and debt financing, investor relations, and infrastructure financing.

This position will not manage the accounting team or day-to-day finance operations.

• Develop and execute the company’s capital strategy, lead IPO progress.
• Lead equity, debt, equipment, and infrastructure financing.
• Build relationships with investors, banks, private-credit funds, and strategic capital partners.
• Lead fundraising preparation, due diligence, negotiation, and closing.
• Develop investor presentations and communicate the company’s growth strategy.
• Advise the CEO and Board on capital structure, financing options, and market conditions.
• Build and lead the Capital Markets team.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, and Infrastructure teams on transactions.

• 10+ years of experience in capital markets, investment banking, private credit, infrastructure finance, or corporate development.
• Proven experience leading significant equity or debt transactions, especially track record in IPO.
• Strong relationships with institutional investors, lenders, and other capital providers.
• Experience in technology, cloud, data centers, AI infrastructure, or another capital-intensive industry.
• Strong negotiation, financial-modelling, and executive-communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or CFA preferred.

• AI infrastructure, GPU cloud, data-center, or cloud-computing experience.
• Equipment financing, asset-backed lending, or infrastructure-financing experience.
• Experience working with U.S. and international investors.
