Job Description Chief Financial Officer Overview The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will lead financial strategies and operations for a dynamic investment organization, ensuring fiscal health and compliance.

Collaborate with executive leadership to drive financial planning, risk management, and strategic decision-making.

Provide oversight for CLO and credit fund accounting, ensuring accuracy and adherence to industry standards.

Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to optimize organizational performance.

Lead financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support organizational goals.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain relationships with external auditors and stakeholders.
