Fund Finance Associate; Junior - Mid Level); NY or Charlotte

Paul Hastings is seeking a Junior - Mid Level Associate to join its dynamic, growing Fund Finance Practice. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a premier practice that has seen significant domestic and international expansion over the past year. Ideal candidates will have 2-4 years of experience working on fund finance transactions including subscription line credit facilities. While not required, a plus if the candidate has experience in a supporting role on NAV financings and other fund finance transactions.

Candidates may sit in our New York or Charlotte office.

The salary wage range that we expect to pay for this position is a minimum of $235,000 and a maximum of $310,000 (annually). The actual pay wage may vary based on experience or other relevant factors.
