We’re working with a leading algorithmic trading firm in digital assets that is rapidly expanding its US presence. This is a unique opportunity to join early and play a key role in building and scaling trading strategies in a fast-moving, high-impact environment.
The roleYou’ll join a global trading team and, after a short onboarding period, work directly on P&L-generating projects. The role combines coding, data analysis, and trading intuition, with a strong focus on building and improving algorithmic trading strategies.
Key responsibilities- Analyse large volumes of trading and transaction data to generate insights
- Build and improve trading strategies and tools using Python
- Work closely with experienced traders to optimise liquidity provision and execution
- Take ownership of projects from idea through to production
- Strong Python skills (1–3 years experience through work, study, or personal projects)
- Excellent quantitative and analytical ability
- Strong interest in trading, HFT, and crypto markets
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
