A leading infrastructure investment platform is looking to add an Associate / Senior Associate to its New York investment team.
The strategy is focused on investments across power, renewable energy and broader infrastructure, with the team investing across both project-level assets and company-level opportunities. The platform has an established track record in the sector and significant capital to deploy across North America.
The Associate / Senior Associate will play a key role in evaluating new investment opportunities, financial modeling and underwriting, transaction execution and working across existing portfolio investments. The role will provide exposure to a broad range of transaction structures, including project and asset-level investments, platform investments and corporate M&A.
The Candidate- 2–5+ years of relevant experience across private equity, infrastructure investing, investment banking or M&A
- Strong transaction execution experience with exposure to project and/or company-level investments
- Experience across power, utilities, renewable energy or broader infrastructure preferred
- Strong financial modeling, valuation and underwriting capabilities
- Experience evaluating M&A transactions and/or principal investments
- Ability to evaluate opportunities from both an asset-level and corporate investment perspective
- Strong investment judgment, communication skills and attention to detail
