We are partnering with a fast-growing, venture-backed B2B SaaS company with strong traction among enterprise customers and real momentum in revenue growth. Backed by leading investors, the business combines start-up agility with an increasingly mature commercial engine, and is now investing in the leadership needed to support its next phase of growth.

As Chief Financial Officer, you will join the leadership team and turn finance into a strategic engine for the business. You will own everything from the operating model to the board deck, partnering closely with the CEO and go-to-market leaders to drive efficient growth and help shape the company’s path to its next milestone.

• Leading financial strategy, planning and forecasting, with a focus on SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, CAC payback, burn multiple)
• Partnering with go-to-market leaders on pricing, sales efficiency and revenue planning
• Owning fundraising, investor relations and board reporting
• Building and scaling the finance and accounting team, along with the systems and processes behind it
• Overseeing revenue recognition (ASC 606), audit readiness and internal controls
• Advising the CEO on capital allocation, runway and long-term strategy
• Implementing tools and workflows that improve reporting quality and decision-making
• Working cross-functionally to align financial processes with the needs of a scaling business

• CFO or senior finance leader with B2B SaaS experience
• Strong command of SaaS economics and confidence presenting to investors and boards
• Experience leading or closely supporting a fundraise
• Background in a high-growth, venture-backed environment strongly preferred
• Strategic thinker who is comfortable rolling up their sleeves
• Qualified accountant (CPA or equivalent) a plus
• Based in New York
