SVP of Acquisitions

This SVP of Acquisitions role leads the firm’s commercial real estate investment origination and transaction execution, with accountability for shaping the acquisition strategy and converting opportunities into closed investments. Based in New York, the position operates as a senior deal leader, partnering closely with internal investment and corporate functions and representing the platform externally with brokers, owners, and capital and financing counterparts.

The scope spans end-to-end transaction leadership, from market coverage and investment thesis formation through underwriting oversight, negotiation, and closing, with a disciplined handoff into ongoing ownership.

• Lead acquisition strategy, pipeline development, and execution for commercial real estate investments
• Source and evaluate investment opportunities through broker relationships, direct outreach, and market coverage
• Monitor market conditions and competitive activity to refine pricing, targeting, and investment theses
• Oversee underwriting, valuation, and investment committee materials, including business plan, returns, and sensitivity analyses
• Coordinate internal approvals and stakeholder alignment across investment, legal, finance, asset management, and senior leadership
  
  Structure and negotiate letters of intent and purchase and sale agreements in coordination with internal and external partners
• Manage due diligence processes across financial, legal, physical, and operational work streams to support transaction decisions
• Drive closing execution, including financing coordination and transition handoff to asset management for business plan implementation
