We offer merchants an end-to-end payments solution that provides authorization and settlement capabilities, as well as instant access to funds and payouts. We also help merchants connect with their customers, process exchanges and returns, and manage risk.

We enable consumers to engage in cross-border shopping and merchants to extend their global reach while reducing the complexity and friction involved in enabling cross-border trade.

Job Summary:

This role is the day-to-day lead for projects that inform strategic decisions and drive business growth and improvements in accordance with our Corporate Strategy. They establish, oversee, and execute key work streams as part of these projects, including partnering with other teams to conduct key internal and external analyses and facilitate collaboration among team members. Managers are responsible for ensuring projects remain on track, coaching and guiding workstream drivers, and for bringing synthesized materials and recommendations to leadership.

Identify issues and recommend best practices based on specialized expertise.

Lead functional projects and programs that contribute to business improvements.

Partner with teams to analyze business trends and inform strategic decisions.

Facilitate collaboration among team members to enhance project outcomes.

Assess and report on the progress of strategic initiatives within the function.

Minimum Qualifications:

5+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
