VP of Capital Markets

• Lead debt financing and refinancing efforts across the portfolio, including sourcing, structuring, and negotiating term sheets and loan documents
• Build and maintain relationships with banks, debt funds, life companies, and other capital providers to create competitive financing options
• Run financing processes from initial lender outreach through closing, coordinating internal stakeholders and external advisors
• Evaluate capital structure alternatives and recommend optimal leverage, pricing, covenants, and hedging approaches aligned to investment strategy
• Oversee lender/investor due diligence and manage data room preparation, third-party reports, and closing deliverables
• Prepare and present financing recommendations and transaction materials for internal approvals and investment committee review
• Track capital markets conditions and communicate rate, credit, and liquidity trends that impact acquisition underwriting and business plans
