Strategic Finance Lead | High Growth Fintech

The business is continuing to scale internationally, with a growing customer base and an increasingly sophisticated commercial and operational model. This is an opportunity to join a finance team where FP&A has genuine influence over how the business grows.

We're looking for a
Senior FP&A professional
to become a key Finance partner to Sales, Revenue, Product and Operations leadership.

You'll own budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis for your areas, while working directly with senior stakeholders on headcount, investment, pipeline and resource allocation decisions.

This is a role for someone who wants to move beyond producing reports and become a genuine partner to the business.

• Partner directly with senior leaders across Sales, Revenue, Product and Operations.
• Own budgeting and rolling forecasting for your areas, including scenario analysis and financial modelling.
• Partner with Revenue leadership on sales planning, pipeline, bookings, productivity and conversion metrics.
• Build business cases for new investments, organisational changes and strategic initiatives.
• Lead headcount planning and resource allocation.
• Prepare executive reporting and support strategic planning.
• Lead cross-functional projects across Finance, Revenue, Product, Operations and People.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting, forecasting and analytical workflows.
• Use AI tools extensively to improve analysis, reporting and day-to-day Finance processes.

• 5+ years of progressive FP&A or Strategic Finance experience.
• Experience partnering with Sales or Revenue leadership.
• Strong understanding of B2B revenue models and commercial performance metrics.
• Excellent financial modelling, forecasting and scenario-planning skills.
• Ability to operate independently and influence senior stakeholders without formal authority.
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills.
• Comfortable using AI tools to improve financial analysis and workflows.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.

Experience with in a subscription, payments or transaction-driven business would be particularly relevant.

Experience with tools such as Anaplan, Cube, Workday, Tableau or SQL is a plus.
