** Job Summary
** Reporting directly to the Associate Vice President (AVP) of Finance, the Finance Manager is responsible for providing high-level analytical support across all facets of the hospital’s financial operations. This role is a cornerstone of the financial analysis function covering multiple areas around cash flow forecasting, account analysis, payroll decision support, and long-range financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Education:

** Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting required

Experience:

** 5+ years of professional experience in financial analysis;
experience within a hospital or large healthcare system is preferred.
