Position: Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Analyst
Location: New York

Bridge is seeking a hands-on Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Analyst to support underwriting and credit by building and analyzing financial models, memorandums, and market data. The work helps generate insights into financing decisions across Bridge's platform.

This role works closely with the CRE team and reports directly to the Senior Vice President of CRE. It is based in New York and is in-office.

It is a fit for a motivated, detail-oriented analyst who likes building models, driving results, and helping scale a fintech platform on a fast-paced team.

Underwriting and modeling
  • Underwrite commercial real estate deals across permanent, transitional and bridge, and construction financing.
  • Build, audit, and maintain detailed Excel models for historical cash flows, forward projections, and renovation and construction budgets.
  • Prepare credit memos in Word, PowerPoint, and PDF that incorporate the financial model, market data, and a recommended structure.
Diligence and execution
  • Coordinate due diligence checklists, manage data rooms, and track deliverables with clients, lenders, counsel, and servicers.
  • Support term sheet drafting, covenant design, and closing documentation with legal and capital markets.
  • Maintain comparables, cap rate and yield benchmarks, expense ratios, and supply and demand datasets for target markets.
Collaboration and automation
  • Partner with Product and Data to refine underwriting templates and reporting, and help QA new tools and analytics.
  • Work with Partnerships and Sales to scope new opportunities and hand files from origination to credit.
Qualifications and experience
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate finance, ideally hospitality, across debt, equity, management, or investment sales.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel modeling of profit and loss statements, STR reports, debt sizing, equity waterfalls, and market analysis, plus Word and PowerPoint for deal memorandums, and comfort with LLM and AI tools.
  • Strong grasp of credit fundamentals, including DSCR and debt yield, LTV and LTC, covenants, and collateral.
  • Clear writing and presentation skills, with the ability to turn a complex analysis into a decision-ready memo.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and accountable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment where strategic thinking and execution sit together.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business, or a related field.
What you'll gain
  • Exposure to the full deal lifecycle, from screening to closing to ongoing surveillance.
  • Direct collaboration with senior leaders across capital markets, product, and partnerships.
  • A tech-forward platform that treats data infrastructure and automation as core to scale and transparency.
  • Help businesses get financing that changes what they can do, from construction capital for a family-run hotel to inventory for a growing consumer brand.
  • Work with teammates across New York, Charlotte, and Brazil.
  • Own your work in a fast-paced, high-trust setting, with room to iterate and ship.
  • Mission-driven and well-backed: join a founder-led company on a mission to make financing more accessible, backed by top investors like TTV, Citi Ventures, Fin Capital, and US Bank Ventures.
What we offer
  • Company stock option plan.
  • 401(k) with company contribution.
  • Robust parental leave.
  • On-site team lunches and events.
  • A chance to build something that matters.
