A leading global trading firm is seeking a Trading Analyst to join its global trading team and support live automated strategies across multiple asset classes. You will work at the intersection of markets and technology, analyzing trading outcomes, managing risk, and identifying opportunities to improve strategy performance, execution quality, and operational efficiency.

• Monitor and optimize the performance of live trading strategies
• Identify and resolve issues affecting execution, data, or system stability
• Analyze trading performance and changing market conditions
• Build and improve monitoring tools, reports, and automated workflows
• Partner with software engineers to enhance trading systems and strategies
• Coordinate with traders, researchers, engineers, and operations teams globally

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field: mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering, Operations research or physics.
• 1+ of professional experience within a financial institution or technical environment
• Programming experience with Python, SQL, Java, or C++
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving production environment
• Strong interest in electronic trading and financial markets

Experience with in prediction markets is highly attractive, as the team is actively expanding its capabilities in this area.
