Description

About Collision Partners

Collision Partners is building a differentiated collision-repair platform around a simple idea: local excellence can scale while preserving repair quality, safety, culture, and customer trust. Our mission is to deliver the industry’s safest, highest-quality repairs by following OEM procedures without compromise. We will be the industry’s most desired employer and the most trusted collision-repair partner to customers, OEMs, and dealerships.

We are an acquisition-led, rapidly scaling business backed by long-term institutional and entrepreneurial capital. As the platform continues to evaluate and add locations, disciplined M&A execution, underwriting, and market intelligence are becoming increasingly important to sustainable acquisition growth.

The Opportunity

Collision Partners is seeking a Senior Associate, M&A & Corporate Development to strengthen its acquisition execution capabilities and help build the analytical infrastructure needed for the next stage of growth. Reporting to the VP of M&A, this individual will manage the day-to-day post-LOI diligence process, support transaction underwriting, and develop better tools for evaluating markets and managing a growing pipeline. This role is for someone who wants to help shape how Collision Partners acquires, underwrites, and grows as the platform scales.

The mandate requires a financially capable, hands‑on professional who can move transactions toward closing with independence and precision, distinguish significant economic findings from routine diligence matters, and build systems that create leverage for the M&A and Business Development teams.

What We Are Hiring For
  • 1. Financial and analytical horsepower. Strong personal capability in financial statements, transaction modeling, EBITDA normalization, valuation, working capital, and sensitivity analysis. Able to assess the underlying economics rather than merely aggregate information.
  • 2. Hands‑on transaction execution. Experience managing overlapping diligence work streams, advisors, deadlines, and deliverables, with the organization and follow‑through to keep transactions moving from LOI through closing.
  • 3. Sound judgment and escalation. Ability to distinguish ordinary discovery and pre‑close planning from material underwriting, legal, contractual, or operational risks; communicate findings clearly, and recommend next steps.
  • 4. Market intelligence and analytical infrastructure. Curiosity and capability to develop acquisition‑market research, evaluate competitive dynamics, and turn dealer, OEM, vehicle‑registration, demographic, and collision‑market data into actionable insights.
  • 5. A builder’s mindset. High ownership, intellectual honesty, attention to detail, low ego, and fluency with modern data tools, dashboards, AI, and automation to improve execution without sacrificing accuracy or controls.
Responsibilities
  • Post-LOI execution: Serve as the day‑to‑day coordinator for signed‑LOI transactions through closing. Own comprehensive diligence trackers, request lists, milestones, dependencies, advisor follow‑ups, and clear issue escalation to the VP of M&A.
  • Financial diligence and underwriting: Analyze financial statements, historical and trailing‑twelve‑month performance, normalized EBITDA, working capital, capital expenditure requirements, and other transaction economics. Support transaction models, sensitivities, and the reconciliation of diligence findings to original underwriting.
  • Advisor and documentation coordination: Coordinate with quality‑of‑earnings providers, legal counsel, environmental and property advisors, insurance and benefits providers, and other specialists. Track definitive documentation, closing requirements, and outstanding decisions while…
