Associate, Investment Associate – Buyout​/LBO

Heritage Holding is looking for an Investment Associate to join their team in New York or Boston. This role involves sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities while managing relationships with entrepreneurs and co-investors. The ideal candidate will be driven and ready to take on significant responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

• Source new investment opportunities from various channels
• Evaluate investment opportunities through industry analysis and due diligence
• Manage a large pipeline of deals using CRM
• Maintain relationships with entrepreneurs and co-investors
• Support existing portfolio operations and assist entrepreneurs

• At least 3 years of full-time work experience
• Some connection to the search fund or entrepreneurship-through-acquisition ecosystem
• Quick learner with an entrepreneurial spirit
• Engaging and energetic personality
