Senior Banker

Senior Vice Presidents and Managing Directors are responsible for building and maintaining a successful practice. Key tasks include:

• Identification and procurement of new client relationships.
• Management of existing client relationships.
• New idea generation and strategic thinking.
• Attend and lead client meetings, pitches and presentations.
• Deal team leadership and transaction oversight.
• Recruit, educate, and train junior investment bankers.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

• This position has limited supervisor duties primarily consisting of the leadership of small teams.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 11+ years of related experience and/or training.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, AND REGISTRATIONS

• SIE – Securities Industry Essentials within 6 months.
• Series 7 – General Securities Representative within 6 months.
• Series 63 - State Law Exam within 6 months.
• Series 79 – Investment Banking Representative within 6 months.
