Job Description Financial Analyst Overview The Financial Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting corporate financial operations and strategic analysis.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain and enhance corporate forecast models and management reports.

Analyze key financial metrics and prepare budget versus actual analysis for decision-making purposes.

Implement technology solutions to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.

Engage in ad-hoc strategic analysis to support organizational goals and initiatives.

Develop and update Argus models and perform portfolio valuations to ensure accurate financial assessments.

Monitor portfolio expenses and contribute to optimizing financial performance.

Financial Analyst

Key Responsibilities & Duties Maintain corporate forecast models and prepare quarterly management report pages.

Analyze financial metrics and conduct budget versus actual analysis.

Develop and update Argus models for portfolio valuations.

Monitor portfolio expenses and identify opportunities for cost optimization.

Implement technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

Perform ad-hoc strategic analysis to support organizational objectives.

Collaborate across departments to coordinate and lead work streams.

Prepare detailed financial models and conduct research for strategic initiatives.

Financial Analyst

Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required.
1-3 years of professional experience in financial analysis or related roles.

Proficiency in Argus, Microsoft Excel, and financial modeling techniques.

Experience with Anaplan, Salesforce, and PowerBI preferred but not mandatory.

Familiarity with AI platforms such as Perplexity and Microsoft CoPilot is a plus.

Strong analytical, research, and presentation skills.

Ability to lead and coordinate tasks across multiple departments.

Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
