Our Finance and Accounting teams work to support the strategic goals of one of the largest global banks in the world. You will work alongside experienced professionals, support meaningful business initiatives, learn about the banking industry and develop a strong foundation in the bank's operations.

The 2027 Finance and Accounting Internship Program is intended for undergraduate students with an anticipated graduation date of May/June 2028.Based in New York City, you will become part of an international business working with teams across different geographies.

As a Finance and Accounting intern you will be exposed to financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning. You will build skills in financial analysis, data interpretation, and Excel modeling while learning how to communicate insights to business leaders and contribute to cross-functional initiatives. Interns are placed within a specific business area based on their skills, experiences, and business needs. Potential placement opportunities may include:
* Treasury Throughout the program, you will build the technical, analytical, and professional skills needed for a successful career in financial services. You will be partnered with a mentor who can provide guidance and advice throughout the summer while helping you build your Santander network.
** What You Bring
*** An undergraduate student in a four-year program with an expected graduation date of May/June 2028.
* Area of study in Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics, or an equivalent field.
* Strong academic performance; cumulative GPA is 3.5 or above
* Advanced Microsoft Excel experience.
* Demonstrated leadership through campus involvement, work experience, or extracurricular activities.
