** Baker Tilly is growing its M&A Tax practice based in our new headquarters in New York City, where you will join a dedicated team focused on private equity and middle-market transactions. Our M&A Tax professionals advise private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies on both buy-side and sell-side transactions, including tax due diligence, transaction tax structuring, quantitative tax modeling, and the tax provisions of purchase agreements and other transaction documents.

M&A Tax Managers will have significant responsibility for day-to-day transaction execution, direct exposure to Private Equity clients, and opportunities to grow into broader engagement leadership roles as the practice expands.  Our M&A Tax culture is entrepreneurial, collaborative, and highly integrated across levels. We operate as a national M&A Tax team with strong regional connectivity, giving team members meaningful visibility to leaders across Financial Advisory Services and direct exposure to Principals and Managing Directors who remain actively involved on deals.
