Location: Town of Halfmoon
Casella Waste Systems offers an 18-24 month rotational program to develop future operations and finance leaders through structured learning across operating, accounting, safety, systems, and business processes.
Participants will complete 2-3 month rotations at divisions within the Western Region, gaining exposure to waste collection, transfer, disposal, recycling, fleet maintenance, and corporate finance. Travel and relocation are required during the program and may be required later.
