  • Bachelor’s degree in public policy, international relations, environmental studies, economics or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Understanding of or interest in the global climate data and disclosure landscape.
  • Familiarity with data governance and climate‑related data platforms.
  • Excellent organizational and project‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong analytical, research, and written/oral communication skills.
  • Effective presentation skills and the ability to tailor content to different stakeholders.
  • A high standard of excellence and a critical eye for detail.
We’d Love To See

  • Experience with the mandatory international climate disclosure landscape, standard setters, or financial regulatory processes.
  • Comfort working at the intersection of data, policy, and multilateral engagement.
What We Offer
  • Opportunity to contribute directly to the CDSC Secretariat and NZDPU initiatives at the forefront of global climate data disclosure.
  • A collaborative, international work environment across governments, finance and civil society.
  • Professional development and career growth in climate policy data innovation.
  • Two-year fixed‑term contract with possibility of renewal subject to funding and organizational priorities.
