Trade Compliance Analyst

Job Overview

We are seeking a Trade Compliance Specialist to support our Communication Systems (CS) Segment
. This role plays a critical part in ensuring compliance with U.S. Export Control Regulations by conducting Export Controlled Information (ECI) reviews
, jurisdiction determinations
, and classification activities across hardware, software, and technical data.

• Conduct ITAR and EAR export classifications for hardware, software, and technical data
• Determine and document export jurisdiction and classifications
• Support license and agreement applications with accurate export classifications
• Perform HTS and Schedule B customs classifications
• Review and approve technical data transfers to international third parties
• Review and approve company information released into the public domain
• Implement and enforce trade compliance policies aligned with U.S. Export Regulations
• Participate in Trade Compliance audits and compliance reviews
• Develop, deploy, and complete trade compliance training (including annual SME training)
• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance compliance efficiency
• Provide compliance guidance to internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure full compliance with ITAR, EAR, and U.S. Customs regulations

• Bachelor’s Degree with 4+ years of related experience OR Graduate Degree with 2+ years of related experience
• OR 8+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
