As a Salon Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting our team and ensuring the smooth operation of the salon. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn from top professionals while gaining hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced, creative environment. You'll assist with client preparation, shampooing, treatments, and overall salon upkeep, all while providing exceptional service to our clients. Your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and willingness to learn will help ensure every client has a seamless and enjoyable experience.

• Licensed:
  Must currently be enrolled in cosmetology school.

• Client Satisfaction:
  Help ensure every client leaves with a smile by offering friendly assistance throughout their visit. From welcoming clients to helping with their comfort during treatments, you’ll contribute to exceptional service and a seamless experience from start to finish.
• Sales & Promotions:
  Demonstrate a commercial mindset with motivation to sell, inform clients, and boost seasonal promotions.
• Salon Upkeep:
  The salon is our home. Ensure the salon is kept neat and clean, adhering to high standards of customer experience.
• Education:
  
  Demonstrate an interest in sharing your craft and support other assistants.
• Efficiency Support:
  Maintain a smoothly run salon environment.
• Flexible Availability:
  Available at least 3 days a week. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and days off for salon events.
