Moxie Salon and Beauty Bar, an emerging and rapidly growing full-service luxury beauty salon, is seeking passionate and talented individuals to join our team for the following roles:
Hair Stylists, Salon Assistants, and Makeup Artist. Ongoing education and training provided. If you have a love for the beauty industry, a commitment to teamwork (team-based model), and a desire to provide exceptional service to our clients, we want to hear from you!
As a Salon Assistant at Moxie, you will be responsible for providing support to our team of stylists, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our clients. Perfect role for beauty school students (must have a permit) to get started in the industry. Opportunities for promotion.
Key Responsibilities- Assist stylists with preparing clients for services
- Shampoo, condition, and mix hair color as needed
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the salon
- Perform blowouts and other basic hair services as needed
- Support the salon team in providing exceptional client experiences
- Cosmetology License or cosmetology trainees
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong teamwork abilities and a commitment to collaboration
- Willingness to learn and grow within the salon environment
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings
